Sam has been involved in basketball as long as she can remember.

Growing up in the country, playing basketball for Booberowie and Burra, getting kids together for a run around during her time living in Nhulubuy NT, a volunteer school basketball sports coordinator for 11 years, volunteer coordinator Forestville Domestic competition and Vice President of club operations for several years at Forestville Eagles as well as managing her own four kids teams.  

Sam is passionate about kids playing basketball and loves how much joy they get from playing with friends, just having a go, getting to higher performing teams and how the sport brings people together.
